  • We ship via USPS and Fed Ex ground service (allow 5-7 day business days for delivery) 

  • We offer an express shipping service 2-3 day, indicate express shipping at checkout

  • Be sure to sign up for our mailing to hear about free shipping promotions and other deals!

 

International Shipping

USPS Priority Mail International (allow approx 10 business days for delivery). International shipping rates do not include duties + taxes

Return & Exchange Policy

Free & Easy*

All domestic orders may be returned to a store or online — anytime, for any reason. Online customer returns can be refunded to your card or for store credit.

All gift returns receive store credit.

To initiate an online return or exchange, please contact sales@hangimals.com. They will provide a prepaid return label for your items. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the return label (via email) to send your items back. We will initiate a refund once we receive your return package.

90 Days

Full Refund. If the return is received within 90 days of purchase, we'll refund to whatever payment method you used. Returns that arrive after 90 days but before 365 days will be refunded to store credit, or are eligible for an exchange.

 

Return + Exchange Assistance

For return or exchange assistance, please contact sales@hangimals.com. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the return label via email to postmark your items for return.
